Dr. Marsh is retiring, but is not going to sit around. Or take a walk with your son along the foothills of the Himalayas in the hope of seeing the snow-capped peaks. Or, albeit with some delay, pay tribute to your parents. And of course, you can still save people — even if not in your native England, but in distant Nepal, where the help of an experienced neurosurgeon will never be superfluous.
