Aristotle’s «Rhetoric» is the most profound and systematic study of the problems of oratory, which has become a major cultural and scientific event. The treatise is divided into three parts: the first is devoted to the subject of rhetoric and types of oratorical speeches. The second deals with the personal characteristics of the speaker and about the «reasons that arouse confidence in the speaker.» The third part deals with the technical side of rhetoric.
